Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, providing flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while focusing on delivering therapeutic services in an outpatient office context. You will have the autonomy to schedule your sessions during our operational hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PT. Our technological infrastructure supports a seamless connection with clients, streamlining communication and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on collaborative input.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that address a diverse spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure holistic care for clients and optimize their treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will be working primarily with adults experiencing various emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and often seek assistance for issues ranging from stress management to profound mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory for this position.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services to individuals with emotional and mental health challenges.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and instill trust with clients quickly.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, facilitating documentation and tracking client progress efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 115,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
