Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the needs and challenges of clients.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with the individual goals and needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatments, and progress in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
