Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth intake assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment methodologies designed to support various demographics, including children, adolescents, and families.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that consider each client’s unique circumstances, mental health history, and personal goals.

• Engage in consistent communication with the Utilization Review Department and Business Department to facilitate service authorization and payment processes.

• Perform timely documentation to track patient progress and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Conduct outreach to the community and navigate local resources to support client needs effectively.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, primarily comprising children and adolescents within school settings. You will engage with various family structures to provide comprehensive support that addresses their mental health and social challenges, aiming to foster resilience and empowerment in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, between $120,000 and $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
