Key Responsibilities\n

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments for new clients enrolled in our outpatient pain management program.

• Providing personalized individual therapy sessions to adult clients, addressing various aspects of their mental health and emotional wellness.

• Facilitating weekly psychoeducational classes aimed at equipping participants with coping strategies for pain management and emotional resilience.
\n
• Engaging in brief evaluations with individuals participating in the Functional Recovery Program (FRP), assessing and documenting their clinical progress.

• Performing ongoing treatment planning and management for your active caseload with a focus on evidenced-based practices.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and referring clients to other therapeutic modalities within the clinic when necessary.

• Documenting all clinical interactions and patient progress comprehensively in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population consists of individuals who have suffered injuries in the workplace. Many of these clients are grappling with chronic pain that significantly impacts their psychological well-being. A strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness strategies will be vital for addressing their unique needs. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
