Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to understand their mental health history, current challenges, and available resources, ensuring that each assessment is comprehensive and individualized.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals that reflect their progress and needs.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to discuss client care and ensure a well-rounded approach to treatment.

• Facilitate crisis intervention processes, conducting risk assessments, and crafting safety plans for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of clinical interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
