Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to fully understand clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and support networks.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans that align with client goals while involving them actively in the process.

• Engage in collaborative practices with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care for clients.

• Address urgent client needs by offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning tailored to individual circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing interpersonal connection and community support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
