Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics where necessary to evaluate patients' mental health status, utilizing tools such as the DSM-5 to create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique cultural and personal contexts.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at supporting the mental health diagnoses of patients, continually monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans comprehensively and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational procedures.

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and refine comprehensive treatment plans that address specific patient goals and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referral options and functions as a key link between patients and additional treatment providers, fostering effective relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.

• Provide supervision and educational mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers, expanding their knowledge and skill sets in clinical social work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on performance.
