Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients navigating mental illnesses and substance use disorders in both community and office settings.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring continuity of care through effective communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Perform initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Serve as a crisis intervention specialist, actively engaging with clients in distress and providing immediate support as required.

• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to collaboratively strategize the best approach for client care, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
