Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized therapy for clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate client documentation, including therapy notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Manage scheduling and conduct follow-up appointments with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their recovery journey.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, enhancing treatment delivery through teamwork with other healthcare providers and specialists.

• Utilize our billing service to handle claims, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on providing quality therapeutic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve providing individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, including individuals in various stages of detox and recovery. The ability to work with clients from different backgrounds and with varying clinical presentations is essential. Understanding the complexities of mental health issues tied to substance use conditions will be critical in delivering effective therapeutic interventions and fostering long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, with an active and independent LCSW license.

• A minimum of two years' clinical experience providing therapy in a mental health setting, preferably with a focus on recovery from substance use.

• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, self-direction, and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate and establish rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
\n
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including two evenings per week.

• Experience in delivering therapy to couples is highly valued and will set candidates apart.

• Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, supplemented by performance bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive hourly rates, in addition to fully covered overhead costs including office supplies, EMR systems, malpractice insurance, and furnished office space if needed.
