Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather detailed information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set clear goals and outline specific interventions aimed at assisting clients through their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure the well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client information is securely stored and readily accessible for treatment considerations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus.
