Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide individual, family, and group therapy, incorporating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement cohesive, client-centered treatment plans that promote holistic care.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at enhancing clients’ understanding of their mental health and coping strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and within established timeframes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing detoxification, who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This patient population often requires compassionate, understanding care as they navigate significant life changes and challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering mental health services in an outpatient or similar setting.

• Strong knowledge of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a detox or addiction treatment center, providing support to individuals facing substance use challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented with additional benefits such as a sign-on bonus.
