Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based treatment interventions and therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their emotional challenges.

• Advocate effectively for clients, assisting them in accessing community resources and support services to enhance their recovery experience.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, care coordinators, and peer support specialists, to provide integrated care and ensure the holistic well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations and organizational policies.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential with no disciplinary actions on your record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
