Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children within a structured framework, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform interventions.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to address specific developmental concerns.

• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of interventions, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with fellow team members to ensure optimal support for each child.

• Establish and nurture rapport with children and their families to create a supportive and trusting environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Provide ongoing education and coaching to families, equipping them with skills and resources to foster their child’s development in a natural learning environment.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing the provision of social work services.

• Utilize a coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to facilitate engagement and learning.

• Conduct regular check-ins with families to reassess needs and adapt service frequency based on child development status and family input.

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals, sharing insights and strategies to create an effective learning ecosystem.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children from birth to three years of age who are facing developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families, understanding their unique circumstances and guiding them through the interventions designed to improve their child's life quality. Your insights will significantly impact the developmental trajectories of these children, fostering their growth across physical, cognitive, and emotional domains.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
