Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive biopsychosocial assessments for clients, identifying their mental health, substance use, and medical needs.

• Provide behavioral health services including intake assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and follow-up care for individuals, couples, and families.

• Develop and maintain accurate and timely electronic records such as progress notes and suicide risk assessments, enhancing continuity of care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, helping clients explore their challenges in a supportive setting and fostering peer connections.

• Serve as a liaison for clients, connecting them with community resources and programs, including medication-assisted treatment initiatives.

• Work alongside Quality Improvement teams to design processes for data collection and outcome evaluation, ensuring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population of clients at varying stages of treatment within our detox center. Your clients may face challenges related to substance abuse, mental health disorders, or co-occurring conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
