Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing psychosocial assessments to better understand the needs of each client, tailoring treatment plans that address their unique challenges and circumstances.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms while utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with immediate resources and referrals to support services that can assist in their recovery journey.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to maintain a comprehensive approach to client care and ensure a well-rounded support system.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with New York state regulations to safeguard client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York, maintained in good standing.
