Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and the standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Engage in regular collaborative sessions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to review cases and enhance treatment strategies.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including case consultations and peer reviews, to utilize the latest research in mental health care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals in a detox setting, many of whom are experiencing crises related to substance use or other complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or an equivalent certification is a prerequisite.
