Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual's needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes for each client.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.

• Engage clients in crisis intervention, offering timely risk assessments and implementing safety planning measures when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in adherence to ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client base seeking mental health support, ranging from children to seniors. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
