This role allows for flexibility as part of our remote workforce, providing you with the opportunity to work from home while serving clients in the San Diego area. Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a steadfast advocate for clients, helping them access vital community resources, social services, and support networks tailored to their individual needs.

• Provide immediate psychological support and crisis intervention as needed, ensuring clients feel safe and secure while navigating their challenges.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of clients, including progress notes and individualized treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other professionals to create a coordinated and patient-centered care plan.

• Empower clients by educating them about coping mechanisms, effective communication skills, and self-care strategies, enhancing their ability to manage their mental health independently.

• Engage in community outreach to build referral resources and strengthen partnerships that benefit both clients and the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients face a variety of emotional and behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your role will involve working with a diverse slate of clients, each with unique backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to apply specialized skills in therapeutic interventions while fostering a supportive environment for recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• At least four years of relevant experience in social work, particularly in mental health support.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, along with potential monthly productivity bonuses based on performance.
