Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will engage in diverse responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting approaches based on individual client progress and feedback.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Participating in supervision and peer review sessions to foster professional development and improve the standard of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients undergoing detoxification, often facing complex emotional and psychological challenges related to substance use. By employing a trauma-informed approach, you will cultivate strong therapeutic relationships that help clients directly address their mental health needs while navigating the detox process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, demonstrating your commitment to ethical practice and lifelong learning.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical environment, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
