Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to evaluate patients' mental health status and care effectiveness.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of patients, taking into account cultural diversity and any special considerations.

• Continually monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions to support their mental health needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical information, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies that focus on measurable outcomes and shared goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
