Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage with clients, providing therapeutic counseling and support to help them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Serve as a client advocate, assisting individuals in identifying and accessing community resources, social services, and support systems essential for recovery and well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate, confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Respond to crisis situations with promptness and effective intervention strategies, ensuring safety and stability for clients in distress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to create and implement personalized treatment plans that meet the holistic needs of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions aimed at equipping clients with coping skills, effective communication techniques, and self-care practices.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to strengthen partnerships and enhance resource opportunities for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition to a base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn monthly productivity bonuses based on your performance.
