Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring they are tailored to the unique needs of each family.

• Monitor and evaluate progress throughout the intervention process, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet demonstrated outcomes.
\n
• Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and their families, promoting a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
\n
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and strategies that utilize Natural Learning Environment practices to enhance child development.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model to support families, empowering them with skills and information to foster their child's growth.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable Federal and State regulations, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your role will involve close collaboration with families to provide early intervention support, ensuring children receive the appropriate resources and assistance during their critical years of development, which typically span from birth to three years of age.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate of Social Work is required.
\n
• Active LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Valid driver's license.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to adapt interventions to meet individual learning styles of children and their families.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.

• Proficiency in bilingual communication is encouraged but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
