Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for school-aged clients, utilizing your education, training, and clinical experience to inform your evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with students and their families to create personalized treatment strategies that cater to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapies, such as solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to effectively address a range of mental health issues.

• Work in concert with other mental health professionals, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to student care, facilitating communication and collaboration among all parties involved.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary and maintaining detailed notes to track treatment responses and outcomes.

• Support the medical management of any psychotropic medications prescribed to clients, focusing on adherence, side effects, and the overall effectiveness of treatments.

Your primary client population will include school-aged children and adolescents, many of whom may face stressors related to academic pressures, family dynamics, and social relationships. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
