Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, using standardized tools and interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, drawing upon evidence-based interventions.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concerns and treatment options, empowering them to be active participants in their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes children, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
