Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services to a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with various mental health challenges. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand the psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting clients' mental health.

• Developing tailored treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused interventions that reflect the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

• Employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices, adapting your approach as needed to maximize effectiveness.

• Documenting clinical interactions and maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and high standards of care.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other clinical staff, to create a cohesive and supportive healthcare environment.

• Participating in regular case consultations and professional development meetings to enhance treatment approaches and share insights with peers.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and strategies for improving overall well-being.

• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to continuously improve your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve reflect a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences, and mental health issues. You will engage with children, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to work empathetically and effectively with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds is vital to their treatment and recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and a commitment to developing innovative methods for client care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
