Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via secure live video conferencing to address the needs of clients dealing with a wide array of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow therapists and other healthcare providers to implement comprehensive treatment plans that promote the best outcomes for clients.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement tracking, and goal progress measures to fine-tune and tailor individualized treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, which is integrated with AI tools designed to facilitate efficient follow-ups and client management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with adult clients from diverse backgrounds who confront various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Your role will involve delivering culturally sensitive care that respects the unique experiences and identities of each individual, all while encouraging a therapeutic process that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State is mandatory, and additional state licenses will be considered a significant asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
