Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources upon referral from school counselors or administrators.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear therapeutic goals, measurable outcomes, and tailored interventions based on each client's unique needs.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with teachers, school officials, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each student receives holistic support and integrated treatment approaches.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to enhance safety and ensure the well-being of clients as issues arise.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards to track client progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops and group therapy sessions focused on life skills, coping strategies, and peer support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
