Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Privia Psychotherapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the developmental needs of children.
\n
• Collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjustments to the care plan as necessary.
\n
• Providing supportive resources and guidance to families, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored interventions aligned with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Implementing IFSP goals with enrolled families, adjusting frequency and intensity based on developmental milestones and family priorities.
\n
• Establishing rapport with children and families to create a nurturing and productive learning atmosphere.
\n
• Ensuring full compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on young children, infants, and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will engage with their families to provide essential emotional support and practical resources, helping to bridge the gap between clinical recommendations and real-world applications in home environments. Your expertise will significantly influence the children’s developmental trajectories during these critical early years.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid California LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n
