Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while engaging with families and young children through virtual communication platforms. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention services, ensuring that children receive the support they need in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine each child's needs, educational level, and appropriate interventions.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique strengths and challenges of each child.
\n
• Monitor outcomes as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, making necessary adjustments to IFSPs based on child progress and family feedback.
\n
• Provide guidance and support to families, equipping them with effective strategies to enhance their child’s development in a natural environment.
\n
• Administer standardized assessments following compliance with all federal and state regulations to ensure the highest standards of practice.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to create engaging and supportive interactions with children and families.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and outcomes achieved using electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers who are at risk of developmental delays or have a confirmed disability. You will play a pivotal role in helping families navigate the complexities of early interventions, advocating for the needs of the child while fostering a supportive environment for their growth and development. Understanding the family dynamics and individual challenges faced by these families will be essential to implementing successful interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active LCSW licensure from the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to travel for any in-person assessments, if needed.
\n
• Proficient in adapting your methodologies to cater to different learning styles of children.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Experience\n
