Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering psychotherapy services tailored to meet the diverse needs of students experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each student's unique needs and crafting individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic intervention modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help students develop coping skills and achieve personal goals.

• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation following HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, educational staff, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated support that enhances student outcomes.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at refining methodologies and enhancing the overall quality of care.

• Providing education and resources to students and families about mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and community support resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-age children and adolescents who may be facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services within educational or community settings.
