This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. The primary work setting focuses on providing remote psychosocial support and therapy for school-aged children and adolescents, ensuring that distance does not hinder our ability to meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify mental health concerns and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage collaboratively with students to set therapeutic goals, monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to clients, ensuring that accessibility and flexibility accommodate their unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support for children, adolescents, and their families within a school setting. You'll work closely with students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, equipping them with coping skills and strategies to navigate their difficulties effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification with no disciplinary actions.

• Proven experience in clinical social work, particularly in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to empathize and connect with diverse populations.

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth technology and proficient in digital documentation systems to facilitate client care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and expertise. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive support throughout your onboarding process, assistance with billing, and access to tools that ensure your success as a clinician.
