This full-time remote position offers you the flexibility to work from home while providing critical mental health support to clients in a school setting. Our work environment is primarily remote, which allows for a flexible work schedule. You will be expected to provide virtual therapy sessions from home, connected with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Despite the remote nature of the job, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, working together to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. While some treatment sessions may take place in a school setting, most interactions will be conducted virtually.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, including family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and strategies to support each client’s journey.

• Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure coordinated care and effective communication regarding client progress.

• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to address urgent client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per ethical and legal regulations to support care continuity and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience working in school environments and those familiar with adolescent mental health issues will be strongly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, successful candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes:
