Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through direct clinical interactions in both virtual and community settings.

• Conduct assessment screenings and more detailed evaluations as necessary, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate services tailored to their unique needs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment goals, sharing insights and contributing to collective problem-solving.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support to clients in distress while ensuring safety and compliance with ethical and professional guidelines.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using therapeutic techniques that promote healing and empowerment for clients.

• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and outside service providers to achieve seamless care coordination.

• Ensure all documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, is completed promptly and accurately to maintain compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

The North Social Services Agency offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
