Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Facilitate engaging and informative group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, contributing to quality assurance and effective care management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
