Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to formulate tailored support plans for children and families.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring collaborative outcomes.

• Monitor children’s progress and document outcomes as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet developmental goals.

• Provide ongoing support and education to families regarding strategies to enhance their children's skills across various developmental domains.

• Comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards and professional practices.

• Build meaningful relationships with children and families to foster a positive, supportive learning environment.

• Utilize coaching models and evidence-based practices to implement effective intervention strategies in natural settings.

• Regularly reevaluate service frequency recommendations based on child development status and family feedback.

• Ensure the health and safety of all clients and staff in accordance with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically focuses on serving infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. You will engage with families and children in a supportive manner, guiding them in accessing essential early intervention services that promote physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development during these crucial early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
