Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students facing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each student's needs, facilitating access to additional services and supports as needed.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to conduct mental health and developmental screenings, determining the necessity of more comprehensive evaluations.

• Participate in case management and crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support to students in distress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Be available for on-call coverage as needed, ensuring continuous support for our clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
