Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while remaining engaged with the school community. The position generally follows a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs. Working remotely does not diminish the collaborative spirit we uphold; you will engage actively with colleagues and school personnel to ensure that our students receive holistic support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to students dealing with issues related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each student.

• Actively participate in team meetings and case discussions to advance common goals and ensure continuity of care for clients.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of the LCSW will be students from diverse backgrounds within the school system. You will work with adolescents and children facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting positive mental health outcomes and fostering resilience among young individuals in their formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.

• Base salary range of USD 85,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
