Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to diagnose mental health needs, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and other tools pertinent to the school setting.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that respect the cultural diversity and unique requirements of each student.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly, employing evidence-based practices and adaptive strategies to enhance mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation aligned with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely updates using contemporary electronic health record systems.

• Engage collaboratively with students and their families to formulate comprehensive care strategies that outline desired outcomes and actionable steps together.

• Provide resources and referrals, facilitating seamless communication between students and external treatment providers or support services.

• Deliver educational sessions and mentoring for interns, volunteers, and students, enriching their practical experience in the field.

Qualifications\n
