Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services to assigned students experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, including conducting individual assessments and therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to develop and implement integrated care plans that address the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for comprehensive assessments where necessary, ensuring that all findings are documented thoroughly.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring that students are safe and that their immediate needs are addressed.

• Monitor treatment progress and outcomes, adjusting care strategies to meet evolving client needs while maintaining a focus on empowerment and choice.

• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the agency’s efforts to enhance service delivery and quality improvement through committee involvement.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies to create a trustworthy environment for clients and staff alike.

• Ensure timely documentation and reporting of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates, facilitating better communication amongst the care team.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, encouraging peer support among students.

• Assume on-call responsibilities as assigned, providing additional support during emergencies or after hours.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required; candidates must also hold an active LCSW license in Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
