Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that center around providing effective psychotherapy services, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individual client needs and developing tailored treatment plans to address these needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change in clients' mental health.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and develop holistic treatment strategies for students.

• Participating in regular case consultations to discuss treatment progress, share insights, and refine approaches collectively.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families about mental health issues and available treatment options to empower them in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client population will encompass students from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges that may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment disorders. By working closely with students and their families, you will foster a therapeutic rapport that supports healing and resilience, ensuring that every individual feels valued and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
