Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW at Gotham Enterprises, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique mental health needs of students and their families, followed by the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, adjusted to meet individual client needs.

• Documenting clinical records meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, while maintaining a high standard of documentation quality.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that promote knowledge sharing and elevate the standard of care provided.
\n
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that support their journey toward recovery.
\n
• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health, actively integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.

• Managing a full caseload while adhering to ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), ensuring timely and effective attainment of treatment goals.

Your client focus will largely revolve around school-aged children and adolescents struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n
