Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, identifying risk factors and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to students, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to create a supportive and integrated approach to mental health care within the school environment.

• Facilitate access to community resources, such as support groups and developmental programs, to ensure students receive holistic support.

• Document client progress systematically using electronic health record (EHR) systems, tracking outcomes and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in regular consultation with other mental health professionals and attend team meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution that is recognized by the state of Washington.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

• Proven ability to perform diagnostic assessments and effectively develop individualized treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
