Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and couples therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health challenges.

• Efficiently manage client records and documentation, ensuring timely completion of notes and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Maintain a current and organized calendar, scheduling ongoing appointments and fulfilling the therapeutic needs of your client base.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists to develop and refine treatment plans, utilizing supervision and peer feedback to enhance clinical outcomes.

• Engage with school staff to support coordinated care efforts and optimize resources for student mental health initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse student populations, addressing issues that include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your role will facilitate a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions, empowering them to achieve personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field with active LCSW licensure in Illinois.

• Availability to work full-time, with at least 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
