Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand each student’s mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that address their individual challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing proven methodologies to support students facing various psychological issues, such as anxiety, depression, and social difficulties.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with compliance standards, ensuring that all documentation meets both ethical and legal requirements.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that may include educators, school psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for students.

• Provide educational resources and workshops for individuals, families, and educators regarding mental health awareness, thereby promoting a greater understanding of available support systems.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in mental health practices and integrate new knowledge into therapeutic approaches to improve student outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. You will support students from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges that require empathy, understanding, and a tailored therapeutic approach. By fostering a safe and trusting environment, you will help students navigate their difficulties and work towards healthier mental states.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid California LCSW license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
