Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and psychotherapy sessions to address a diverse range of mental health concerns presented by clients.

• Utilize standardized psychological assessments to accurately diagnose and effectively formulate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Engage in the development of personalized treatment goals and collaborate with clients to outline actionable steps towards their mental health objectives.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, including conducting comprehensive suicide assessments and coordinating hospitalizations if needed.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create and maintain coordinated care plans that address all aspects of a client’s mental health.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely in our electronic records system, adhering to professional and organizational standards.

• Assist in creating and refining clinical procedures and best practices for service delivery within the school context.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our interventions lies within the school population, targeting children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related stress. Your ability to empathize and connect with students from diverse backgrounds is crucial in building therapeutic relationships that facilitate healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work with a current and valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services to individuals, couples, and families, preferably within school settings.
