Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through interviews, clinical observations, and medical record reviews to evaluate emotional, social, and environmental factors influencing recovery.

• Guide patients in utilizing community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance, to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress toward recovery goals.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss patient progress, treatment updates, and strategies for overcoming barriers to recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
