Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each student.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are research-driven and tailored to the student’s specific circumstances and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to facilitate student growth and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all documentation is up to date.

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a supportive and proactive environment for students facing mental health challenges.

• Conduct workshops and informational sessions for students and parents to enhance understanding of mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and available resources.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health practices, ensuring that your approaches reflect evidence-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to work with students from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. We aim to provide a safe and supportive space that respects the unique cultural identities of each student, helping them navigate their challenges while promoting overall mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Active California LCSW license with no sanctions or restrictions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster trusting relationships with students, parents, and educational staff.

• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple cases effectively and autonomously.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a similar setting is preferred, showcasing a proven track record of successful case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, you will receive an attractive benefits package that includes:
