Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate and effective clinical interventions to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in-office and in community settings.

• Cultivate strong therapeutic relationships through effective communication that respects diverse client backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, brief evidence-based screenings, and develop tailored Integrated Care Plans, linking clients with appropriate services and supports.

• Support clients through brief interventions, crisis management, and ongoing therapeutic services, ensuring that all treatment aligns with their immediate needs and aspirations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communications in compliance with regulatory standards, while also contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide on-call support during and after regular program hours, demonstrating a commitment to client care and organizational responsiveness.

• Participate in agency committees focused on improving service delivery and enhancing the quality of mental health care offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work predominantly with individuals from historically marginalized groups who are often grappling with mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, and complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
