Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, provide diagnoses to evaluate patients' mental health and formulate individualized treatment plans that integrate best practices and the cultural diversity of the patient population.

• Utilize the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and other clinical tools to monitor and document treatment effectiveness, ensuring that patient progress is consistently assessed.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans alongside patients, involving families whenever appropriate, to create specific, goal-oriented objectives that address diverse needs.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of treatment records and clinical reports using the latest technology and in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Provide continuous patient support through strategic interventions aimed at enhancing mental health, addressing safety concerns, and reducing symptoms related to mental health diagnoses.

• Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare providers as necessary, ensuring effective communication and collaborative care.

• Mentor and support students, interns, and other professionals within the organization, passionately sharing knowledge and expertise to foster professional growth.

• Participate in clinical reviews with your supervisor to enhance team performance through peer collaboration, coaching, and chart auditing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gateway Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging between $90,000 and $105,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
