Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to suit clients' unique circumstances.

• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate family counseling to address dynamics that may impact individual mental health.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address both mental and physical health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, employing de-escalation techniques to support clients in distress and connecting them to additional community resources when required.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation that supports continuity of care.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills, share best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
